Much like today’s top quality wigs, the early prototypes worn by individuals of wealth and stature were woven from human hair. However, wigs for the common folks of those long ago days were made of sheep’s wool or vegetable fibers and that is because synthetic fiber wigs which are available today have not yet been discovered way back then.

Egyptians were not the only ancients who wore wigs because they were also worn by the Greeks, Romans, Assyrians and the Phoenicians.

As you might have already guessed, Vulcans are obviously different from humans in a number of way. The most obvious physical characteristics are their pointy ears and eyebrows that arch upwards toward their temples. Due to their green blood which has a high copper content, Vulcan skins are slightly green but those vary in hue from dark greenish brown to light greenish taupe.

Furthermore, because the gravity on planet Vulcan is much higher than on Earth, Vulcans are much stronger and have greater stamina than humans. Due to the same cause, they also have a greater life expectancy which usually exceeds 250 Earth years.

Vulcan being closer to the sun, its sunlight is much stronger and thus Vulcans have a higher tolerance to extremely high temperatures than humans and they developed an extra eyelid which helps them endure stronger light.

Finally, the Vulcan sense of smell is so strong that they need to take medication in order to help them tolerate the smell of humans.
